Does the perfect country pub exist? Well we went on the hunt and we think we might have just found it. The Pony and Trap is as close to perfect that we could find. Situated between Bristol and Bath guests can enjoy stunning views of the Chew Valley from the restaurant. To give you some background, this place is run by brother and sister duo Josh and Holly Eggleston and it has held a Michelin star since 2011, so you know the food is going to be good. Pop in on a Sunday and treat yourself to one of the best Sunday Roasts in Bristol, with two courses from £30 or three courses for £35.
