All Stripe fees waived for 3 months
We have taken the decision to waive our transaction fees on Stripe payments until the end of June 2020. Removing this transaction charge will help customers wishing to sell vouchers or take payment for food ordering online. (Please note that Stripe’s own transaction fees will still apply.)
Vouchers
Some diners are now buying vouchers instead of cancelling their reservations, or even buying vouchers to say thank you to NHS staff. To sell vouchers through ResDiary, connect to a Stripe account by following the steps outlined here, then contact Support to get it set up.
Helping facilitate food ordering
Many restaurants are now offering food collection or delivery as a way to generate revenue. Our support teams are currently working with clients using our Pre-Order functionality to facilitate this. Pre-Orders, normally charged at £35 pcm, will now be free of charge until the end of June 2020. Any customers who wish to use this free service, please contact Support. Also please note that our product and development teams are investigating how our features can better handle upfront payment and this type of order.
