There is no one more passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry than Stefan. His experience spans from managing a youth hostel for 12 years, to starting his own cafe/bar/restaurant in Daylesford called Breakfast & Beer, then into supervising a fine dining restaurant. His success,  learnings, and love for taking care of customers took him to work for Dimmi for 9 years where he could help guide restaurants on how to take care of their own customers. Currently he is Head of Customer Success & Support for ResDiary, and continues to help venues across Australia & New Zealand grow through the use of the table management system.

With over 20 years’ experience in Australia’s hospitality industry, Mark has seen it all from front of house to back office operations, and everything it takes to make a hospitality business a successful one. Mark has been helping restaurants understand how to better incorporate technology into their operations working at both ResPAK and bookarestaurant.com. Most recently Mark has been showing hospitality businesses of all shapes and sizes to better leverage customer data by leading sales at Sprout and MyGuestlist which were both recently acquired by leading hospitality tech company Mr Yum.
