We have brought you a completely revamped UI which makes getting set up, creating, and selling vouchers simpler, and quicker. A step-by-step, easy to follow process now guides you through the voucher creation process, with helpful prompts to set up your payment and postage methods along the way, meaning a smooth complete set up, and no errors later on.

Improved Voucher Management

• We have increased the functionality available to help restaurant’s manage their voucher sales more effectively. Now restaurant’s will have full control to edit the voucher description, title, terms & conditions, validity period, and the maximum purchase amount.
• Users can no longer delete vouchers, instead we have added the ability to set vouchers to active/ inactive. Meaning that you do not need to continually create new vouchers after your initial set up; simply edit, and activate.
• Diners keep losing their voucher details? Don’t worry, we have now added the ability to resend confirmations to any diner who has yet to redeem their vouchers. Other new functionality includes: more ways to redeem vouchers internally, and improved email notification tokens.
• Now you can set up notification emails to be sent to the relevant team members everytime a voucher is purchased, keeping everyone in the team informed on the status of all vouchers purchased.

Sell vouchers on Dish Cult – powered by ResDiary

Now you can sell your vouchers from our portal for diners, Dish Cult, all you need to do is a live listing on DishCult.com, and toggle the option on during the voucher set up process.

Then you can start selling your vouchers to over 1 million diners (and growing!) that use Dish Cult, in the UK and Ireland  every month.

Clear and simple reporting

Previously there were three separate reports that provided limited analytics on your voucher sales. These have now been consolidated into one report, and added into the ResDiary reporting suite.

We have also added new data filters including; vouchers sold, redeemed, not yet redeemed, and expired vouchers. All to ensure you can get accurate and in depth picture of how your voucher sales are going.
