- To be eligible for the ResDiary Referral Programme. The Customer (referrer) must recommend our services to a contact (the referral) who is not already an existing customer of ResDiary, or currently in negotiations with ResDiary about a subscription to our services.
- The referrer must complete the designated form on the ResDiary Client Referral Programme page (https://sales.resdiary.com/client-referral-programme) . The data collected on this form will be used in two ways : A\ Us to contact the Referral B\For the sign up to be tracked as a referral.
- ResDiary will then make contact with the referral. If they sign up to our services, the Referrer will be eligible for the commission payment.
- A referral will be deemed successful when the Referee signs up to any of our packages and remains with ResDiary for a minimum of three months.
- If the referral submits cancellation of their package within the first three months after initial sign up, then the referral credit will not be applied.
- The referral must sign up within six months of being referred to us, in order to be considered successful.
- For each successful referral ResDiary will credit the Referrer Customer for three months of their existing monthly subscription package.
- For each successful referral ResDiary will credit the Referral Customer for 1 month of their chosen monthly subscription package, plus set up fees.
- A referral can only be nominated for the ResDiary Client Referral Programme once within a 12 month period.
- If the same restaurant has been referred more than once, only the first referral will be considered.
- ResDiary reserves the right to cancel the ResDiary Client Referral Programme without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
- All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the ResDiary Referral Programme will be resolved by ResDiary in its sole discretion.
- We respect your privacy and so we collect and process all data in accordance with UK data protection legislation currently in force.
