Remote Working Implemented
In order to safeguard both our team and the community, ResDiary team members will start working in a remote capacity. This is nothing new for many of the team as they already work remotely outside of the head office. Steps have been taken to ensure that this will have no impact on operational efficiency.
For the foreseeable future, we will cancel all non-essential work-related travel but will keep in touch via phone or video calls. This will help the next period pass with as little disruption as possible.
You will continue to receive full access to the ResDiary platforms, along with the same level of service from our Customer Success, and Support teams. Also please note that our infrastructure will continue to be monitored 24x7 by our expert teams located in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Development as Usual
Our teams will continue to work on developing features and services as normal, while providing comprehensive support.
