Operators who use HOP and ResDiary software can now integrate their systems for a smooth user and customer journey.

Two way communication between HOP and ResDiary means operators can create and cancel bookings directly from their HOP software. Bookings are held in the customer’s guest profile in HOP, allowing reception and restaurant staff to access information on guests, easily.

Additionally, any changes made to bookings in ResDiary are picked up and reflected on HOP.
