A new position for an Accounts Clerk has come up in our hard-working, fun-loving finance team, based in our Glasgow office. It offers a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing reservation companies on the market.
-You’re flexible: we’re not a “group yoga” kind of office, but we are a pretty dynamic business in an ever-changing industry, and that means having a degree of flexibility.
-You’re good with people: they pay the bills, so we put our customers first. The ability to talk and interact with everyone is important. The same goes for your team; you need the ability to work in a group, or alone.
-You see the little things: everyone makes mistakes, but we like to keep them minimal, so attention to detail is vital.
-You like dogs, or have good earphones: not everyone has a furry pal, but those who do are pretty vocal about it…
-Assisting with daily finance tasks including raising customer invoices, taking payments and dealing with suppliers.
-Management of the email inbox, ensuring we respond to customer queries promptly and in a professional manner.
-Filing and general administration.
-Other related duties as required.
-Salary £18,000+ dependant on experience.
– Pension contribution, annual discretionary bonus.
-Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
