Associate Product Manager Integrations & API


Role Start:  Immediate start

FT/PT:This role is full time and permanent.

Location: This role can be carried out remotely, or from our Singapore office (or a combination to suit). If remote, then occasional travel to our Singapore office will be required – usually once per quarter.

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the product roadmap for new & existing initiatives for our integrations. Our integrations are a core component of bringing the ResDiary product to life. The F&B ecosystem is uniquely complex and has evolved at speed over the 18 months, presenting an exciting challenge for integrations! The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, and has experience working with;

  • Data integrations
  • Enterprise clients
  • API Partners

The Associate Product Manager (Integrations & API) will collaborate across the organization and across departments, liaising with senior leadership and critical business stakeholders. The role will be a key part of the evolution and optimization of ResDiary’s integration solutions for restaurants.
As an Integrations and API specialist, you will support API developers and partners globally, by managing and resolving technical inquiries. You’ll take responsibility for ensuring that customer issues are resolved, working alongside our development team to deliver successful solutions.


  • Manage the API & Integration support requests by liaising with the Growth Team, Customer Success team and the Engineering team. 
  • Work with departments including product, marketing, finance & technology teams to develop detailed technical requirements for new product features & enhancements
  • Work closely with the development team to build, maintain & improve the B2B product
  • Create test materials & perform user testing (interviews, surveys, research) to validate product concepts
  • Manage the implementation of third-party tools to support & enhance the day-to-day performance of any digital products & processes. 
  • Create & manage the implementation of new features & enhancements to the digital product
  • Recommend new services, technologies & standards as part of the product development process.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
  • Perform user acceptance testing & quality assurance
  • Support analysis and assessment of competitor products.
  • Work with the rest of the product team to create & maintain the development backlog
  • Assist in running design thinking workshops regularly with follow-ups

Experience Required 

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing the development of a SaaS Product, preferably in the hospitality space.
  • Experience in Product management of software & applications
  • Technical background – Experience with programming, API’s, authentication, technical standard and integrations is preferred.
  • Extensive Experience in developing mobile applications or responsive websites
  • Good knowledge of project management software (Trello, Jira)
  • Experience working with both local & remote development teams
