About the Role
This is a new and exciting full time sales role – with scope for flexibility, creativity and career progression. Based in Glasgow HO but with occasional travel to France, you will be part of a newly created small team driving sales in France. This role would be ideal for someone with previous hospitality experience to a restaurant/operations management level, and looking for their next challenge.

About you
You’re self motivated and a self starter. You’re receptive to ideas and challenges and are able to work with or without supervision as part of a wider team. You’re a good written and verbal communicator with both colleagues and customers. You have passion for the hospitality industry and know the challenges of restaurateurs on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities

We will expect you to be able to grow and manage a client base of restaurant customers. Travel will be required on a regular basis to visit potential/current clients for demonstrations.

Reporting to Head of Global Sales, you will be responsible for both client acquisition and retention in the identified market.

There will also be an element of account and client success management required, supporting existing customers.

Your Experience

You will have experience in the hospitality industry to a management level in either independent or chain restaurants, with direct oversight of the venue reservations management.

Your Skills
French: Fluent/Native Speaker
English: To B1 Level or higher
Other languages preferred but not essential
Full training will be given, but computing skills required
A valid French driving licence
Excellent communication skills
The desire to deliver outstanding customer service and experience is a necessity

Your Education

Qualification to degree level in hospitality, marketing or business management preferred, but relevant working experience considered.

Compensation

Great basic salary with uncapped bonus scheme subject to reasonable and achievable targets, generous company pension contribution plus annual discretionary bonus.

The role

This is a Full time role is based in Glasgow HO but occasional travel to France is essential.
