Responsibilities will include
This job is based in London where we will expect you to be able to manage and grow a client base of venues. Travel will be expected to visit potential/current clients. Reporting to the UK sales manager, you will be responsible for both client acquisition and retention in the identified market.

About you
You’re self motivated and a self starter, receptive to ideas and challenges and are expected to have the interests of the operator placed above all else. You’re able to work with or without supervision as part of a wider team.

Education 
Qualification to degree level in hospitality, marketing or business management preferred.

Experience
Background in, and knowledge of, front of house operations within a restaurant environment is required.

Skills
Proficiency in English required.
Full training given, but computing skills required.
A valid UK driving licence.
The desire to deliver outstanding customer service is a necessity.

Compensation
£30,000 basic remuneration with uncapped bonus scheme subject to negotiation. Pension plus annual discretionary bonus.
