Support Executive, Glasgow, Scotland

About you

We are looking for a bright spark to join our customer Support Team on a full time basis. Based in our Glasgow head office, you will be on the front line between us and our customers. You will have a diverse workload, dealing with busy restaurant customers from all over the UK. You will need a passion for problem solving, excellent communication and time management skills. A good understanding of a range of restaurant service styles and a passion for using ResDiary will be hugely beneficial to your application.

Your Skills

  • Previous experience in a Support role or similar ¬†preferred (hospitality industry professionals considered).
  • Proficiency in English required written and spoken (additional fluent languages an advantage).
  • Good working knowledge of computing skills.
  • Qualification to degree level in marketing, sales, business management or hospitality preferred.

Compensation

Good basic remuneration, pension contribution, annual discretionary bonus.

This is a full time position. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate based in our Glasgow Head office.

You will be working from our new offices in 36 Renfield Street in Glasgow city centre.
