ResDiary is unique in that we do not charge transaction fees but work on a fixed monthly flat fee and our vision is to help empower restaurants to improve revenue and yield to the operators’ best advantage.


We shall expect you to be able to secure a growing client base of restaurants in Hong Kong, providing support and account management advice as necessary. As part of your Sales, Support and Account Management role, it may be necessary to visit both potential and current clients. Reporting to the HK sales manager, you will be responsible for client acquisition, client retention and also assisting customers to make full use of the ResDiary functionality.

About you

You’re self motivated and a self starter, receptive to ideas and challenges and are expected to have the interests of the restaurant operators placed above all else. You’re able to work with or without supervision as part of a wider team.


Qualification to degree level in hospitality, marketing, business management or computing science preferred.


Background in and knowledge of front of house operations within a restaurant environment is required.


  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Full training given, but computing skills required.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred.
  • The desire to deliver outstanding customer service is a necessity.


Good basic remuneration plus a bonus based on customer retention measures and overall customer acquisition for the territory.

Pension contribution plus annual discretionary bonus.

What’s Next?

This is a full time position. We are looking for a driven candidate in Hong Kong to increase our restaurant client base.

A 4 day training session is required at our head office in Glasgow, travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by ResDiary.

You will be working from home, with a view to office space being made available as and when required.
