Now available as a bolt-on module for ResDiary clients, Nudge CRM provides advanced insight into your customers’ behaviour and allows you to easily create and send personalised, responsive email campaigns with a high degree of granularity.

Nudge integrates seamlessly with your ResDiary account (single or multiple venues). An initial transfer of data shares all your customer records and reservation history with the Nudge deployment. Once complete, your Nudge platform is updated overnight, every night, with fresh data from your diary.

Build elegant, on-brand, responsive email campaigns

Nudge applies your branding (logos, fonts, and colour palettes) to a set of fully responsive email templates. This means you can focus on crafting your campaigns, safe in the knowledge that your customers are getting the best brand experience, regardless of their device.

Building your campaigns is simple with Nudge’s drag-and-drop email builder, WYSIWYG editor, and image library. Put together a custom layout by selecting from a wide range of content blocks, or select one of Nudge’s fixed, ready-built templates. Or, if you’d like to break the mould, you can upload your own HTML files.

Effectively target your customers

Because Nudge CRM integrates with your ResDiary account, you can easily target customers based on their behaviour, demographics, or your own segmentation. Reaching customers based on age range, postcode, reservation and promotional history, behavioural tags, non-behavioural attributes that you’ve defined, and feedback ratings comes as standard. This works alongside the ability to apply a date range to several of the criteria. What’s more, Nudge displays a recipient count when you apply each criterion so you can see at a glance how many people you’re targeting with a campaign.

Measure your success

A range of detailed analytics are available for your campaigns. On top of industry-standard open and click-through rates and performance charts, Nudge provides in-depth details on who clicked on a link, available for viewing as a click map of uniques and totals, offering a quick-and-easy-to-grasp visual representation of which content generated the most interest.
