ResDiary offers a wide range of functions and features and our on-site training is a fantastic way to ensure your diary is set up to its absolute optimum which will help to increase your revenue. Our training managers have a wealth of experience in front of house hospitality roles and will ensure your staff are able to use ResDiary efficiently and with great results, during the on-site training session.

Advanced Reservations Management - On Site FULL Day Training

Price: £495 +VAT (plus travel/accommodation expenses)
Duration: Full day (9am until 5pm)
Available: Monday to Friday

During this full day session, our training manager will come to your restaurant to train your managers on the best diary practices and advanced set up to ensure your forward reservations gain you the highest yield possible and train your team on the analytics, marketing and advanced diary functions.

Maximum of 6 trainees for this session. We recommend that attendees are of a management level to allow us to go over advanced diary and permission level settings, and enable them to pass this on to the rest of the team.

Advanced Reservations Management - On Site HALF Day Training

Price: £245 +VAT (plus travel/accommodation expenses)
Duration: 4 Hours – 9am – 1pm / 1-5pm
Available: Monday to Friday

During this half day session, our training manager will come to your restaurant to train your managers on the best diary practices and advanced set up to ensure your forward reservations gain you the highest yield possible.

Maximum of 6 trainees for this session. We recommend that attendees are of a management level to allow us to go over advanced diary and permission level settings, and enable them to pass this on to the rest of the team.

In Service/Go Live Date - On Site Service Training Session

Price: £295 +VAT (plus travel/accommodation expenses)
Duration: 4 Hours (Lunch or Dinner Service)
Available: Monday to Thursday

During this training session, an expert member of our reservations management team with a minimum of 10 years front of house restaurant experience will become a part of your team during a service. You’ll be trained on how to use the diary during an actual service, and how to best manage reservation situations live.

Maximum of 4 trainees for this session. We recommend that attendees are of a management level to allow us to go over advanced diary and permission level settings, and enable them to pass this on to the rest of the team.

Special Offer - Combined Full Day and Service Training

Price: £700 +VAT (plus travel/accommodation expenses) *SAVE £40*
Duration: 12 Hours (full day plus 5-9pm evening service)
Available: Monday to Thursday

Book both training sessions for combined package price and our trainer will stay on after your Advanced Reservations Management session to do in service training during the evening’s service.

Maximum of 6 trainees for the day session and 4 trainees for the evening service training. We recommend that attendees are of a management level to allow us to go over advanced diary and permission level settings, and enable them to pass this on to the rest of the team.

Travel expenses shall be agreed and are a payable in advance by invoice. Travel will be from the closest training centre and travel costs will be agreed before invoice is issued.
Your trainer will be with you for the designated times noted on each option, however please note that on occasion travel options will vary the start time.
You agree that the staff being trained shall be excused from front of house duties for the duration of the training session.

Equipment will be brought by the Trainer, but you agree to provide an appropriate area where attendees can sit and view the screen. A projector or large screen with an HDMI port is ideal.
