Adding to commission free bookings, ResDiary Online enables you to start building your customer database from every booking made in your venue and grants you access to premium diners via Restaurant Circle, Avios and British Airway’s new dining portal - Additional charges set by Avios & BA apply.

However, There will be a small charge at agreed rates where a Stripe token is charged for a no show. Stripe is currently available in Australia (Accor hotel restaurants only) Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Italy, United Kingdom and United States
*Integration with SMS partner Silverstreet is an additional cost per month on a monthly contract. SMS bundles must be purchased directly from Silverstreet. Emails sent will be ResDiary branded for the ResDiary Intro account.
*ResDiary Now App – Availability via the ResDiary Now App must be left open for RD Online subscriptions
*Avios & BA Travel Reward Programme – An advertising/listing fee of £25 + VAT (or Sterling equivalent) per calendar month is payable by the restaurant to ResDiary to appear on the Avios and BA portal (Restaurant Circle). This fee is set by BA/Avios and it is not negotiable. Each diner participating in Avios Rewards programme will be automatically awarded 250 Avios points after dining; a transaction charge of £3 + VAT (or Sterling equivalent) per booking will be invoiced retrospectively on a monthly basis to the restaurant. *Reviews & Verified Feedback – This function is free of charge and enables the restaurant to gain valuable insight immediately after dining. Only customers who have been marked as seated in the diary may leave their feedback i.e genuine customers only and these can then be traced back to the actual table they were seated on. This feedback is then showcased on your microsite on Resdiary.com, attracting further bookings into your venue. The restaurant will have the right to remove any defamatory or malicious reviews, without question. This function is pre-activated with any RD Online subscriptions. A feedback widget with a rolling feed of your latest reviews can also be provided free of charge for your own website.
Online bookings must be enabled. Your customised microsite must be enabled within one month of sign up, and post dining feedback emails must be activated for all accounts.
