Partner Referral programme: Terms and conditions

  1. To be eligible for the ResDiary Referral Programme. The business (referrer) must recommend our services to a venue (the referral) who is not already an existing customer of ResDiary, or currently in negotiations with ResDiary about a subscription to our services.
  2. The referrer must complete the designated form on the ResDiary Client Referral Programme page (https://sales.resdiary.com/client-referral-programme) . The data collected on this form will be used in two ways : A\ Us to contact the Referral B\For the sign up to be tracked as a referral.
  3. ResDiary will then make contact with the referral. If they sign up to our services, the Referrer will be eligible for the commission payment.
  4. A referral will be deemed successful when the Referee signs up to any of our packages and remains with ResDiary for a minimum of three months.
  5. Payment of the reward will be paid to the referrer once the referral has signed up to ResDiary and been with ResDiary for 3 months.
  6. If the referral  submits cancellation of their package within the first three months after initial sign up, then the referral credit will not be applied.
  7. The referral must sign up within six months of being referred to us, in order to be considered successful.
  8. For each successful referral ResDiary will reward the Referrer with three months revenue of the Referrals’s ResDiary package.
  9. A referral can only be nominated for the ResDiary Client Referral Programme once within a 12 month period.
  10. If the same restaurant has been referred more than once, only the first referral will be considered.
  11. ResDiary reserves the right to cancel the ResDiary Client Referral Programme without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
  12. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the ResDiary Referral Programme will be resolved by ResDiary in its sole discretion.
  13. We respect your privacy and so we collect and process all data in accordance with UK data protection legislation currently in force.
