You’re in luck because we do. We offer the following discounts:

  • 2- 3 venues – 5%
  • 4-5 venues – 10%
  • 6-9 venues – 15%
  • 10+ venues – 25%

These discounts do not apply to accounts on the  RD Connect package.

If your restaurant consistently exceeds the maximum limit of bookings, ResDiary will automatically upgrade the account to the package most suitable for the business requirements..

If your restaurant is below the maximum limit of bookings, ResDiary will not automatically downgrade the account, you will have to contact ResDiary directly.

Standard contracts operate on a quarterly rolling basis, with a 90 day cancellation period. Other contract options may be available and are detailed at point of sign up.

We want you to get the best possible yield from your restaurant, and have several training options for you to take advantage of. We offer initial online training within the cost of your setup. Additional online training sessions  after initial training are available to book, and charged at £35+VAT for an hour session. 

Our training team have a wealth of front of house hospitality experience and will ensure your staff can use the system efficiently to get the best results. The Support team is available 7 days a week 07:00 -23:00 GMT. We also have our online help desk packed with guides, videos, and articles, available 24/7.
