Silverware has partnered with ResDiary to provide a seamless integration between the guest profile from the Reservations platform and the Silverware Point-of-Sale solution.  The guest profile is automatically synced with Silverware’s CRM. This helps service staff offer a curated first-class guest experience, by accessing order history and frequently ordered items.
